This week the thought "everything feels so hard" plagued me and caused me to feel all funky and uncomfortable.  I felt drained and like there was a heavy hamburger press on my chest.  Ick!

Here's what I did to wiggle out of it.  Follow along with a pen and journal if you can because you'll get a chance to wiggle out of anything that might be giving you that ick feeling such as "It'll never get better", "I don't have what it takes", "Who am I do to this" and other such fears.

You'll leave a little lighter!
