Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that can change your energetic vibration in as little as 3 minutes but it's eccentric conventions causes people to pause before giving it a try.  It can be rather intimidating to walk into unfamiliar territory and join a group where everyone is dressed in white, topped with a turban, and chanting their hearts out.
