We’ve finally made it!  After detouring with an episode on perfectionism (that’s well worth your time to listen to), Olena is back for the third and final episode of this incidental mini series. 

We show you, for a second time, how to use your home to deal with your problems. Listening to it a second time will help you get a better hang of using it on yourself.

Olena coaches me this time on feeling like time is moving too fast.  The challenge that came up for me is that I plan to do way too much which usually leaves me feeling like there’s not enough time!  Using the Living Space Tool, I was able to look at the problem without becoming completely overwhelmed.
